Founded by Kunihiro Tanaka in Shimo-Odanaka, Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

1977
August

Family Bussan Co., Ltd. established.

1980
August

Opened the Chiba Sales Office and Chiba Logistics Center in Shirai-machi, Chiba Prefecture.

1981
December

Opened Tama Sales Office and Tama Logistics Center in Hachioji, Tokyo.

1982
September

The head office and direct sales office were relocated to Tsuchihashi, Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Opened the Saitama Logistics Center in Omiya City, Saitama Prefecture.

Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd. participates in the capital increase.
